2.1 The Learner has the right to withdraw and cancel their course and request a refund.

3. Institute’s Right Regarding Cancellations and Refunds

3.1 The Institute has the right to impose a cancellation fee and/or refuse a refund based on the terms and conditions stated herein.

4. Cancellation Procedure for Learners

4.1 Learners must email and notify the Course Director if they are canceling their Program with the following details:

• Notice Period: 1 month before the scheduled commencement date.
• Contents:
  • Learner Details – Full Name, Batch & ID Number.
  • Reason for cancellation and refund.
  • Payment and bank details.
  • Any substantiating documents/evidence for cancellation.

5. Refund Calculation and Notification

5.1 The Institute shall calculate the refund amount based on the notice period (cancellation) and inform the Learner via email within 1 week of receiving the student’s email.

6. Refund Processing

6.1 The Institute shall proceed with the refund once the student has agreed to the calculated refund amount and returned all materials, including the original letter of offer, student ID, logbook, and any other materials received from the Institute.

7. Refund Amount Basis

7.1 The refund amount is based on the final monetary sum received by the Institute, including the Registration Fee.

8. Bank Charges

8.1 Any bank charges incurred during the refund, such as telegraphic transfer, shall be borne by the student.

9. Refund Processing Time

9.1 The refund process may take about 30 days or longer, depending on the location, country, and respective banking activities.
